Il sito web www.fashionoffvintage.com / www.fashionoffvintage.it (di seguito “Sito”) è gestito da FashiOnOff Vintage.

L’accesso e l’utilizzo del Sito, nonché l’acquisto dei prodotti, comportano l’accettazione integrale dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.

2. OGGETTO

Il Sito commercializza abbigliamento e accessori da donna vintage e second-hand.
I prodotti sono pezzi unici, eventuali anomalie sono indicate nell'inserzione/scheda prodotto.

Le misure non vengono fornite o verranno fornite su richiesta specifica.

FashiOnOff Vintage si riserva il diritto, in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso, di modificare prodotti, prezzi, descrizioni e contenuti del Sito.

3. CARATTERISTICHE DEI PRODOTTI

Ogni prodotto è accompagnato da:

indicazione dello stato di conservazione

Si invita il cliente a verificare attentamente tutte le informazioni prima dell’acquisto e a contattare l’assistenza per eventuali dubbi.

4. CONCLUSIONE DEL CONTRATTO DI ACQUISTO

Per acquistare un prodotto l’utente deve:

selezionare il prodotto
aggiungerlo al carrello
completare la procedura di checkout
confermare la lettura e accettazione dei presenti Termini

Il contratto si considera concluso solo al ricevimento dell’email di conferma ordine (“Ordine in lavorazione”).

La prima email ricevuta (“Ordine in sospeso”) non costituisce accettazione definitiva.

6. PREZZI E DISPONIBILITÀ

La spedizione nazionale in Italia è inclusa, salvo diversa indicazione
In caso di errore palese sul prezzo, l’ordine potrà essere annullato o riconfermato

La disponibilità è indicativa fino alla conferma ordine, trattandosi di articoli venduti anche su altre piattaforme.

7. PAGAMENTI

Sono accettati i seguenti metodi di pagamento:

La spedizione avviene solo dopo la ricezione del pagamento.

8. SPEDIZIONI E CONSEGNA

Preparazione ordine: 1–2 giorni lavorativi
Consegna in Italia: 3–5 giorni lavorativi
Spedizione tracciabile tramite corrieri selezionati

Una volta affidato al corriere, il rischio passa al cliente.

9. PACCHI DANNEGGIATI

Alla consegna il cliente deve verificare l’integrità del pacco.

In caso di danni:

accettare con riserva indicando il problema
oppure rifiutare la consegna se visibilmente compromessa

La mancata firma con riserva impedisce eventuali reclami successivi.

10. DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Il consumatore ha diritto di recedere entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione, ai sensi del Codice del Consumo.

⚠️ Il recesso non si applica a ordini inferiori a €50,00, come previsto dall’art. 47, comma 2, Codice del Consumo.

Access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products, imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PURPOSE

The Website sells vintage and second-hand women's clothing and accessories.

The products are unique items and may show minor signs of wear, which are always indicated in the product description.

FashiOnOff Vintage reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify products, prices, descriptions, and Website content.

3. PRODUCT FEATURES

Each product is accompanied by:

measurements
indication of the condition

Customers are invited to carefully check all information before purchasing and to contact customer support for any questions.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

To purchase a product, the user must:

The contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of the order confirmation email (“Order Processing”).

The first email received (“Order Pending”) does not constitute final acceptance.

Delivery within Italy: 3–5 business days
Tracked shipping via selected couriers

Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the package.

In case of damage:

accept the package with reservation, indicating the issue
or refuse the delivery if the package is visibly damaged

Failure to sign with reservation prevents any subsequent claims.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders under €50.00, as provided by Article 47, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.
