1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The website www.fashionoffvintage.com / www.fashionoffvintage.it (hereinafter the “Website”) is operated by FashiOnOff Vintage.

Access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products, imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PURPOSE

The Website sells vintage and second-hand women's clothing and accessories.

The products are unique items and may show minor signs of wear, which are always indicated in the product description.

FashiOnOff Vintage reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify products, prices, descriptions, and Website content.

3. PRODUCT FEATURES

Each product is accompanied by:

• detailed description

• photographs

• measurements

• indication of the condition

Customers are invited to carefully check all information before purchasing and to contact customer support for any questions.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

To purchase a product, the user must:

• select the product

• add it to the cart

• complete the checkout process

• confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms

The contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of the order confirmation email (“Order Processing”).

The first email received (“Order Pending”) does not constitute final acceptance.

5. PERSONAL DATA

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

• All prices include VAT

• National shipping within Italy is included, unless otherwise specified

• In case of an obvious pricing error, the order may be canceled or reconfirmed

Product availability is indicative until order confirmation, as items may also be sold on other platforms.

7. PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit and debit cards

• PayPal

Orders will be shipped only after payment has been received.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Order preparation: 1–2 business days

• Delivery within Italy: 3–5 business days

• Tracked shipping via selected couriers

Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk passes to the customer.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the package.

In case of damage:

• accept the package with reservation, indicating the issue

• or refuse the delivery if the package is visibly damaged

Failure to sign with reservation prevents any subsequent claims.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders under €50.00, as provided by Article 47, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

Procedure

• return the item within 7 days

• return shipping costs are borne by the customer

The product must be returned intact and unused.

Refund

• refund within 10 days

• €10.00 return handling fee will be deducted

Exchange with store credit

Alternatively, a store credit valid for 6 months may be issued.

11. DISCOUNT CODES

• Personal codes: usable only by the assigned account

• Promotional codes: valid according to the specified conditions

Discount codes cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website is protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

13. USER CONTENT

Comments published reflect only the user's opinion.

FashiOnOff Vintage reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Within the limits of the law, FashiOnOff Vintage is not responsible for:

• service interruptions

• technical errors

• content of linked third-party websites

15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

These Terms may be modified at any time.

Changes will become effective upon publication on the Website.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The contract is governed by Italian law.

For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile.

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused, return shipping and related fees will be deducted from the refund.
